Ingredients:
1 cup of low-fat yoghurt
60 grams of low-fat feta cheese
1 pack of BarAmor’s unflavoured protein powder
8 walnuts
Dills
1 small piece of garlic (optional)
Preparation:
Mix the smushed feta cheese, yoghurt and protein powder. On top, add the grinded walnuts, chopped dills and grated garlic and once again, mix everything together. Bon appetite.
