CHOCOLATE AND APPLE BALLS

(12 balls)(Is suitable to consume beginning from standart dieting)

Ingredients:

48 cc lactose-free milk

3 tablespoons of semolina

2 red apples

1 pack of BarAmor’s chocolate flavoured protein powder

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

2 teaspoons of pekmez

8-10 hazelnuts

For the Covering;

cocoa powder-coconut powder

Preparation:

Peel and grate two red apples. Add the protein powder, cinnamon, pekmez and grinded hazelnuts into grated apples. On the other side, in a small pot, cook the semolina with lactose-free milk. When the semolina cools down, mix it with the apple mixture. Shape the mash into little balls and cover them with cocoa and coconut powder. Bon appetite.
