(2 servings) (Could be consumed starting from the pureed dieting)


1,5 cups of lactose-free milk

3 tablespoons of fine grinded oatmeal

1 pack of BarAmor’s banana flavoured protein powder

1 tablespoon of low-fat cream cheese

2 teaspoons of honey


For decoration:

coconut powder

1 banana



Grind 3 tablespoons of oatmeal until it’s like flour. Cook the oatmeal which you have grinded wit lactose-free milk. When the mixture is consistent, stop cooking. Add 1 tablespoon of low-fat cream cheese and mix them. When the mixture cools down add honey and BarAmor’s banana flavoured protein powder. After all the ingredients are in, mix them all together. On top, for the decoration, put some banana slices or mashed banana and sprinkle some coconut powder. Bon appetite.
