AUBERGINE SALAD

(2 servings) (Could be consumed starting from the pureed dieting)

Ingredients:

1 aubergine

1 capia pepper

4 tablespoons of low-fat yoghurt

1/2 pack of BarAmor’s unflavoured protein powder

A small piece of garlic (optional)

 

Preparation:

Chop the grilled and pelled aubergine and capia pepper. In a bowl, mix low-fat yoghurt, BarAmor’s protein powder and a small piece of grated garlic. In the mixture add the chopped aubergine and pepper. Bon appetite.
